There is a lot of really valuable information hiding in the shadows of our patterns and subconscious habits we have created. We've done them for so long, we don't question, we don't think about it, we are on auto-pilot.

If you are on auto-pilot that also means you are likely not checking in with yourself, your body, your energy everyday. You are not operating in such a way where you are following joy, expansion, abundance.
Each day during this five day challenge we will include:
Pre-Spell Work
Day one will consist of making a commitment to your soul alignment, and to re-patterning your daily routine.
Taking Inventory
Day two will consist of taking inventory of your daily routine, reviewing all the details, patterns, thoughts, self-talk,etc.
Spell Work
Day three we will get into some "spell" work- basically we will be choosing and aligning to an upgraded routine.
Aligned Action
What good is reviewing & choosing a new routine if we don't take the action steps necessary? Day 4 we will start doing just that!
Sacred Ritual
Day five we will talk about ways to add a bit of sacred ritual/space to your morning routine.
